Honda Urban EV Concept Combines Retro Look and Modern Technology

Although the Frankfurt Motor Show is more focused on showing European cars, Honda has managed to steal the attention of visitors through its unique electric vehicle concept. The car, dubbed the Urban EV Concept, adopts an attractive retro look, but also features modern technology support.

In addition to information that the Urban EV Concept is fully powered, there are no further details regarding the capacity of the resource it has. But this car is known to apply the concept of the Power Manager system which is designed to store energy more efficiently.

Urban EV Concept is fully powered by electricity. There are no further details about how much power it packs, but it incorporates the Power Manager Concept which is designed to "store energy more efficiently, release electricity generated by renewable sources into homes or sell it back to the grid."

From its dimensions, the Urban EV Concept has a size of 4 inches shorter than the Honda Jazz. While in the interior there are four seats upholstered in gray fabric, wood trim and a panoramic infotainment screen. In addition, this concept car can also display a message on the front or back of the car.

The Urban EV Concept is set to enter the production stage with several changes and modifications. Honda CEO Takahiro Hachigo said that this car is not a vision of the future that is too far away, the production version will be presented in Europe in 2019.
