2010 Acura RDX - Turbocharged Power, Stylish Design, and Enhanced Features!

The Acura RDX is redesigned for 2010, and its bold, angular exterior looks are in keeping with the rest of the Acura lineup.
Acura has developed a loyal following with its RDX crossover, and the redesigned 2010 model should give the loyalists more of what they crave, while also attracting buyers new to the brand.

The Acura RDX is redesigned for 2010, and its bold, angular exterior looks are in keeping with the rest of the Acura lineup. Whereas previous RDX models were only available in all-wheel drive, front-wheel drive is now available as the standard system. New standard goodies include automatic headlights and a rearview camera. RDX pricing starts at $32,520.

In a crowded luxury crossover segment, the Acura RDX has proven itself to be a competent and worthy performer. Now, with its restyled exterior and available front-wheel drive, as well as the resulting bump in fuel economy, the RDX ups the ante. With its standard amenities and impressive Tech Package, plus its sporty turbocharged engine, the RDX is a people-mover at the head of the class.

The RDX is available as either a front-wheel- or all-wheel-drive model. Both come powered by a 2.3-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine, which produces 240 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque, thanks to Acura's tried and true i-VTEC variable valve actuation. Power is put to the wheels through a 5-speed automatic with Sequential SportShift steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters.

On front-drive models, EPA estimated fuel economy is 19 mpg city / 24 mpg highway, while the all-wheel-drive RDX returns 17 mpg and 22 mpg, respectively.

Acura's Super Handling All-Wheel Drive (SH-AWD) system controls the distribution of power to all four wheels individually, which allows for precise handling even at high speeds, thanks to yaw control and electronic stability control.
